How Can I Pay For The Treatments I Receive?
At One to One Wellness, we provide multiple options to help you pay for your treatments. We recognize that special circumstances may exist, and that an extended course of physiotherapy is a costly venture. We can assure you that we will work closely with your insurance company to get the maximum payments on your behalf. Please remember that you, not your insurance company, are fully responsible for your bill. You can use one or a combination of the options below to make sure you get the treatment you need.
Payment Methods Accepted
At One to One Wellness, we will direct bill your insurance company if you have insurance with Blue Cross, Great West Life, or Green Shield.
If you are insured with one of these companies, please complete our billing agreement form (download it here). With other insurers, you will need to pay for your treatments at the time of service then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We will gladly provide you with the information you need to complete your insurance company's claim forms. Your insurance company will supply you with any forms needed to submit your claim.
We accept cash, checks, Debit, Mastercard, and Visa as methods of payment. Please call (902) 425-3775 with any questions regarding payment or insurance.
Insurance
You are responsible for co-pays and deductibles. Your co-payment, if any, must be paid at each visit throughout the course of our treatment. If a deductible is part of your policy, then you will be billed any part of your treatment that was applied to your deductible.
We will call your insurance and find out your benefits. As a courtesy, we will provide you with a written summary of your physiotherapy benefits with an estimated co-pay amount, if you have one. If you'd like to know this information before starting therapy, we'd be happy to find out your benefits prior to your first treatment.
If you were injured in a car accident, we will arrange how your claim will be handled with your insurance adjuster. We will submit claims on your behalf, but we can only bill an auto insurer if they agree to pay us directly.
We do not handle WCB cases.
Whatever your situation, we want you to get the care you need to lead a normal, pain free life. If you are concerned about being able to afford the services offered at One to One Wellness, please let us know and we can help you make it work.
